The Tennis court

In 2003 when Belmontevacanze opened there was not a tennis court. Tennis in Italy was not so popular and we did not think that in other country tennis is more known than in Italy.

After two years since we had a lot of clients who were suggesting to us to build a tennis court we decide to build a professional tennis court.

We chose a rebound ace surface in soft concrete because we thought it is one of the best surface. Thanks to this surface the grip on the court is good, the speed of the ball is good too and after some hours you do not have any problem to your ankles and knees.

The location of the court is very nice since it is on the top of an hill surrounded by the others hills of the estate and by a fantastic panorama over the Era valley. Have a look of the photos!

The idea of building the court was good infact since we have a tennis court there are a lot of people who go to play tennis, know one each other and have a match or arrange for a nice  weekly tournaments with other friends known in Belmontevacanze.

Tennis lessons and tennis courses

Friedrich and his family are usual clients of Belmontevacanze since three year. Last summer before coming to Belmonte he sent us an email where he asked us if it was possible to arrange a tennis course for his two children, Renè and Mats, who wanted to learn to play tennis. That was the opportunity to arrange for tennis corse and tennis lessons with a federal master in Belmontevacanze.

Today thanks to the collaboration with a federal master everybody can learn to play tennis here in Belmontevacanze.

Our federal master has organized individual or group lessons or a complete course of tennis for the Belmontevacanze guests who want to enjoy with this sport.

For example during the last week of may we had three different tennis courses composed by three different group.

There was a first group composed by three French kids  seven, eight and ten years old, a second group composed by a couple of Italian guy who were already able to play a good level of tennis and a third group composed by John, a American man, and his seven years old son. The master arranged these three group considering the necessities of everybody and especially the level of tennis of everybody. Usually the master use to check in some  minute the capacity of every player and then he select different groups.

He  make group lessons just for three people and nobody more. Since the lessons last one hour, three people together are enough.

There are also good player who want to improve their level and so they decide to have individual lesson with the master for improving their level.

Usually the children are very happy to have a tennis course and to know other kids to play with.

The parents like leaving their children in the court with the master and to wait them in the swimming pool or in their flat.

During the lessons the master use to teach the technique of tennis but also he want children to  enjoy and so he use to arrange funny games for the children so that they can learn how to play forehand and backhand and enjoy themselves.

The master take with him balls and different rackets with him and then he give the rackets to each player according to their skills    and sizes.

Tennis is a beautiful sport but when you start you need to get some lessons so that you can learn the right technique for enjoying more and for avoiding to learn an incorrect way to hit the ball.
